Have you always wanted to try a string instrument?  Why not during the summer!  This camp is designed for the beginning string student who wants to get a head start on the school year.  During the week, students will be given the opportunity to work on technique, ear training, composition, and improvisation.  Our string ensemble will end the week with an “informance” for family and friends to show everything we’ve learned.

When she’s not teaching strings in the Independence school in the Brandywine School District, Delaware, Jeanmarie Braddock is active both as a soprano soloist and violinist throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.  She has been teaching for eleven years.  A graduate of West Chester University, Jeanmarie studied voice and violin.
