Carve a schoolhouse in a flat plank of wood using carving chisels. Learn about the safety and techniques of wood carving using basic hand tools and simple machines.  In the initial step a limited edition print of your wood block will be created. Continuing, a three dimensional schoolhouse will be carved. The final step involves constructing the Shadowbox frame. The only thing left to do is find a place to hang it on your wall.
